The Shapers Surfboard Rail Gauge is a unique, custom-made product of Shapers Australia.
The rail gauge is a tool designed to assist in accomplishing the most accurate rails possible, the purpose of the gauge is to measure the height of each rail. The gauge uses a unique screw that allows the shaper to slide the gauge up and down to copy and compare rails. The gauge has a custom inside curve that is made to generally fit a majority of rail shapes. However the tool can be sanded if desired to suit a shapers more specific rail shape.
