Shapers Flexnet Gauze is premium grade and highly effective in rapidly removing surfboard foam (polystyrene and polyurethane). Shapers FlexNet Gauze are custom made using Aluminum Oxide Abrasive Gauze. The Aluminum Oxide is the most desired form of abrasive world wide, due to its ability to self-clean, longevity of life and hardness. Harder than other commonly used materials, aluminum oxide grit powder penetrates and cuts even the hardest metals and sintered carbide (making it an amazing cutting agent on material such as surfboard foam PU, EPS, XPS).
