Our Ultimate Epoxy Glassing Material Kit is designed to provide all the essential materials required for laminating your surfboard with epoxy.
Kit Includes:

3L Epoxy Resin – Two-part system (2 parts resin: 1 part hardener) for durable, high-strength surfboard laminates.

Fibreglass Cloth – Enough to laminate 2 layers on the deck and 1 layer on the bottom (amount varies by blank size).

100g Q-Cell – For sealing EPS foam and filling any pinholes before laminating.

1 x Small Deck Plug

1 x Plastic Squeegee – For smooth, even resin application.

Epoxy resin is a two-part system; proper mixing of 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener is critical for curing.

Q-Cell is used to seal EPS foam and fill small pinholes or voids prior to laminating. Apply before adding fiberglass layers.

Always work in a well-ventilated area and avoid direct sunlight during application.

Fibreglass layering: Apply 2 layers on the deck and 1 layer on the bottom. Trim to size after curing for sanding and finishing.

For deeper repairs or heavy laminating, ensure proper resin-to-hardener ratio for complete curing.

Test a small patch before full application to ensure proper curing and adhesion.
