David combi plane
I have tried a lot of the razor planes in the cheaper price range and the David plane is the best by far. The blades are very nicely made and can be adjusted very precisely.

Fantastic finish planer
A irreplaceable planer to have in the kit. I don't use this guy until i'm at the tail end of the board, absolutely perfect for creating a nice clean finish without stuttering on the stringer when you have it set up at the right depth.

Easy to use, great result.
I was a bit skeptical that a plane with a razor blade could do the job but upon the recommendation of other backyard shapers I bought this plane. It does an awesome job, couldn't be happier.
