    Super comfortable in the hand, really sturdy and with multiple points to hold on to.
    The system to change the rasp blades is really easy and clears dusts and excess material really efficiently.
    I have both sizes and would really recommend these.

    Ideal rasping system

    The snap in microplane system is a great time and space saver. The handle fits in your hand well and the blades are easy to secure, remain solid in use and are easy to remove.
    Blade change is easy and design of the handle allow for the shavings to fall put without blocking the blade.
    It also allows the user to see how much they are taking off and from where as they rasp.
