EPS FOAM SEALER 1 LITRE
This Microsphere Blend is a low density filler used as a thickening agent used with Polyester and Epoxy Resin to create a lightweight filling putty that is used to seal the blank in preparation of glassing or for gap filling for surfboard repairs.
Gap Filling:
For Sealing Blanks: Provided in a powder form, Microsphere Blend is easily mixed with Epoxy Resin to form a white paste that is spread evenly over the EPS Blank. This is the same process as seen in the Epoxy 101 DVD. In effect this blend seals the foam, ensures an even surface and prevents any out-gassing that may occur when laminating.

MICROSPHERES GAP FILLER 1 LITRE
Microspheres are an equal substitute to Q-cell, used as a gap filler/resin thickener for Polyester and Epoxy Resins.
Usage Guidelines: 1. Estimate required resin and mix in the MEKP hadnerner or SunBake Solar Resin Additive 2. Add Microspheres to resin in small amounts until desired consistency is reached. (For best results, a medium paste is recommended, avoid adding too much Microspheres to the resin mixture or it will be too thick to apply). 3. Stir resin until Microspheres is completely saturated. 4. Apply mixture to the Ding Repair.

Q CELLS 1KG
Q-CELL when added to polyester or epoxy resin, thickens the resin to make it more workable and expands it to fill in large areas. This expansion reduces the amount of resin required and therefore minimising weight. (Please Note: Q-CELL is only a filler and should be sealed with a coat of resin before use).
Usage Guidelines: 1. Estimate required resin and mix in the hadnerner or SunBake 2. Add Q-CELL to resin in small amounts until desired consistency is reached. (For best results, a medium paste is recommended, avoid adding too much Q-CELL to the resin mixture or it will be too thick to apply). 3. Stir resin until Q-CELL is completely saturated. 4. Apply mixture to the repair.
