Which Density do you need?
Shapers Australia offers Superior Range of Velcro 'Super Dot' Sanding Sheets and Gauzes (see below for The Shapers Block Sanding Sheets and Gauzes)
- Soft: Ideal for rolling off decks, shaping rails and finer finishing. Recommended for use with The Shapers Block Sanding Sheets or Gauzes in 150#, 180# and 240#.
- Medium Density: Excellent all-round Shaping Block. Whilst suitable with all grades, most commonly used with 80# and 120#.
- Hard Density: Ideal for the fast and effective removal of foam and therefore the . Recommended for use with 36#, 40# and 60#. For those shaping Expanded and Extruded Polystyrene, 36# is very effective.

Fine Finishing Block. Square Model, comfortale and practical. Perfect for fine sanding and dusting down to remove any scratches and imperfections. With 80# can be a preferred option for block shaping. Supplied with Premium Flexi Gauze with a choice of 80# and 180#.

New and exclusive product designed by Shapers Australia. Shapers Velcro Gauze now offers shapers the unique opportunity to conveniently attach a variety of grades to our Shapers Blocks (as above). Shapers Gauze is premium grade and highly effective in rapidly removing surfboard foam (polystyrene and polyurethane). The Velcro backing allows quick removal and attachment of different grits through the Shaping process along with all the benefits offered by our Soft, Medium and Hard Shaping Blocks.
